We didn’t use LY Property Consultants has our estate agents, but they communicated and liaised with my husband and I throughout the conveyancing progress to purchase the property from there vendors.
Our estate agents did not communicate effectively or keep us up to date with information, unlike Lauren & Natalie. Personally I felt they were our estate agents as well as working for there vendors.

It’s odd giving a review of a property consultancy we didn’t appoint, but our vendors did as part of our sale and purchase chain.
Our estate agent was worse than useless. We depended on Lauren and Natalie at LY, our vendor’s agent, to keep us posted on developments with the purchase of our new property. They were absolutely brilliant, in stark comparison to our estate agent, who was worse than useless.
LY looked at the chain as a whole and worked with us, when they had no obligation to do so, in order to get a very complicated conveyance across the line.
